FREE Canadian General Agreement

A free General Agreement that can be used in Canada. This is a simple general purpose agreement between two parties for a simple business tranaction.

GENERAL AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made on this day of ___________ by and between:

[name of the Person engaging services] [address of the Person engaging services] hereinafter referred as the "XXX", which expression shall mean and include his legal heir and successors

AND

[name of the Service Provider] [address of the Service Provider] hereinafter referred as the Service Provider.

This agreement is for the following activities which the Service Provider shall provide to ___________________ as agreed between both the parties.

The term of this agreement shall be for a period of ____ year with further renewal on the same terms and conditions or as agreed between both the parties. This agreement may be terminated by both the parties by giving one month advance notice to each other. The Service Provider shall perform the following services without fail on or before expiry of every 1st day of month. The Services shall be the following:

(2) ________________________________________________________________________

The fee shall be $____ CAD per month, and shall be payable after the expiration of every month’s services performed by the Service Provider.

The contract shall not be assigned in whole or in part by the Service Provider without the prior written consent of ________________ and any assignment made without that consent is void and of no effect.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Province of [Province] of Canada. Any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim arising out of this Agreement shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of [Province] of Canada.
