It is understood by both the parties that the said Goods is being sold "as is" without any express or implied warranty as to merchantability or fitness or condition or working order by the Seller. The Seller gives no warranty of any kind for the goods in question.
This General Bill of Sale shall be governed as per the laws of Providence of [__________], Canada.
