In consideration of a sum of CAD $ [_______], inclusive of all sales taxes, paid by cash, the receipt of which has been acknowledged by the Seller, this General Bill of Sale is executed between the [Seller] having his residence at [Address of the Seller], hereinafter referred as the Seller and the [Buyer], having his residence at [Address of the Buyer], hereinafter referred as the Buyer, for good consideration, on mutual satisfaction of the terms and condition for sale and transfer the property in goods to [Buyer], the following property:

The Seller hereby declares and warrants that he is the legal and true owner of said _____________, that said _______________ is being sold free and clear of all claims and encumbrances or attachments, that Seller has full right and authority to sell and transfer the ownership in the said _____________. .
It is understood by both the parties that the said Goods is being sold "as is" without any express or implied warranty as to merchantability or fitness or condition or working order by the Seller. The Seller gives no warranty of any kind for the goods in question.
This General Bill of Sale shall be governed as per the laws of Providence of [__________], Canada.
